Before Registration

1. What is the difference between the 3 packages?

A: “Compliance” allows you to generate one complete set of industry-specific risk assessment to stay compliant to the regulations. “bizSAFE” comprises everything under “Compliance” and also includes a complete set of bizSAFE documents. “Professional” includes the generation of unlimited risk assessment documents for your project site and a complete set of bizSAFE documents.

2. I am not sure if I want the Compliance or bizSAFE package.

A: If you are unsure, just go for the compliance package and you can always upgrade later on. The previous information you have entered will still be stored in the system. If you choose to upgrade your plan, we will calculate the prorated amount that is left for your previous plan (based on the number of days used) and offset that amount from the fees for the upgraded plan. Eg. If you subscribe to the Compliance package and decide to upgrade to the bizSAFE package after 2 years, we will calculate the fees for the remaining duration (1 year left in Compliance package) and deduct this fee from the price you pay for the bizSAFE package. The expiry date of your new plan will be updated to 3 years from the date of package upgrade.

3. How long will my documents be stored in ExpertRA?

A: It will be stored for 3 years. If you renew your subscription, the documents will continue to be stored.

4. Once the documents are completed in ExpertRA, can they be amended?

A: No, unless you have purchased the Professional package.

5. Can I generate Risk Management documents from ExpertRA for other companies?

A: No, the documents can only be used for your company.

6. Can I upgrade to another package upon signing up?

A: Yes! If you choose to upgrade your plan, we will calculate the prorated amount that is left for your previous plan (based on the number of days used) and offset that amount from the fees for the upgraded plan. Eg. A: You can email us at admin@expertra.com.sg or create a new support ticket. We will follow up with you afterwards.

10. Can the package be refunded? (Refund and exchange policy)

A: Unfortunately, we do not allow any refund. However, we provide the necessary support for you to reach your objectives through a hassle-free process.

11. How many users are able to log in at the same time?

A: One user will be able to log in at any point of time.

12. How many user accounts will be given?

A: One user account will be given.

13. How will my data bank / company information be protected upon signing up?

A: Our information is stored in a secured cloud server with a redundancy plan.

14. Will there be any support given if I am facing difficulties while using ExpertRA ?

A: Yes, our company is based in Singapore and we are contactable if you require any assistance.

16. What are the industries covered in the ExpertRA software?

Upon Registration

1. How soon can I use ExpertRA after registration?

A: Once registration is completed, we will send you the confirmation email and you may start using immediately.

2. How do I know if my registration is successful?

A: A confirmation email will be sent to you.

3. Will there be any invoice / official receipt issued?

A: Yes, the invoice and receipt will be emailed to you.

4. Is the payment gateway secure?

A: Yes, we ensure that all transactions on our site are secure. You do not have to worry about your data or payment security.

5. Will the account activation expire if I do not take any action?

A: No, you can log in anytime to activate your account upon receiving the registration email.

After Registration

2. Can the completed documents be extracted from ExpertRA?

A: Yes, you can email the documents, save them on your computer or print them out.

3. How long will my documents be stored in ExpertRA?

A: It will be stored for 3 years. If you renew your subscription, the documents will continue to be stored.

4. Once the documents are completed in ExpertRA, can they be amended?

A: No, unless you have purchased the Professional package.

10. What is the validity of the package?

A: Compliance and bizSAFE packages are valid for 3 years from the date of account activation.

Upon Expiry

1. Will I be prompted for payment when my ExpertRA subscription is expiring soon?

A: If your current payment option is valid, there will not be a prompt for payment. An email will be sent to notify you that your subscription has been successfully renewed.

2. How do I renew my subscription?

A: All subscriptions will be automatically renewed for your convenience.

3. Can I still log in to ExpertRA once my subscription has expired?

A: To minimise any disruption for you, your subscription is on auto renewal and should not expire unless you opt out of auto renewal or the payment failed to go through. However, once your subscription is expired or terminated, you will not be able to log in anymore.

5. If I renew my subscription after the expiry date, can I still retrieve my previous documents?

A: To prevent any disruption, please ensure that renewal is completed before the expiry date.

6. Do I still need to enter my previous information again after renewal?

A: No, the previous data and documents will be stored in the system.

7. Do I need to prepare the documents again after renewal?

A: No, you will be able to edit and update the previous documents accordingly.

8. How do I terminate my subscription?

A: Kindly contact admin@expertra.com.sg with your details if you wish to terminate your subscription.
